Vaccines are a useful application to help people during the Covid-19 pandemic. This application applies 3M principles, namely Understanding, Finding, and Getting Vaccines.

The characteristics we create that represent that ideal user. User personas are very important to help design products to meet user needs.

Goals

• Want to find the nearest health facility.
• Want to get vaccines easily without having to wait long.
• Hopefully this pandemic will subside soon and be over.

Paint Point

• The queue is so long plus a lot of crowd
• Difficult and not knowing the nearest health facility

Angkasa is an overseas worker. He wants to vaccinate as an effort to protect himself, but he is not familiar with the work environment, so Angkasa has difficulty finding health facilities that provide vaccines.
